Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment including time in service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, stepping in to lead the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive upsell of additional services per guidelines.
• Manage store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders as directed by the Store Manager.
• Ensure shop and customer areas stay clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Support tracking of daily sales, productivity, and KPIs.
