FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. You will support the Store Manager, coach technicians and service advisors, and ensure fast, high-quality automotive service while maintaining safety and showroom standards.

The role blends hands-on work with people leadership, offering a path to store leadership within our nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment with service bay time.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule team members for peak hours.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Greet customers and explain services to drive sales.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily sales tracking.
