Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor in Visalia, CA. You will greet customers, discuss vehicle needs, and guide them through service options from check-in to checkout. No technician background is required—we train you on products, services, and tools to support the store team.

You will build trust with customers, craft accurate estimates, and explain financing and warranties while maintaining service standards. Growth paths include leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
