Sun Auto Tire & Service in Catalina, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them from check-in to checkout. You don't need to be a technician—we'll train you on our products, services, and tools to support customers and the store team.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, comfortable with sales conversations, and able to balance multiple priorities while upholding Sun Auto's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, able to learn automotive products and services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment and follow company service standards.
• Ability to learn and use POS systems, Digital Vehicle Inspection tools, customer records, scheduling tools, and other store technology.
• Ability to explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, warranties, and declined work clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage competing priorities from customers, technicians, and store leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in-person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly to customers.
• Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the point-of-sale system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment and follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, upholding Sun Auto's values.
