Sun Auto Tire & Service in Novato, CA seeks a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through a transparent service experience from check-in to checkout. You’ll learn our automotive products and support the store team while delivering excellent customer service and sales results.

You’ll work a full-time schedule, with pay range $55k-$70k annually, and receive paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within the Sun Auto Network.

Formación

• Customer-focused and able to handle sales conversations.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Partner with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
