Responsibilities

• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Update customers on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE rules.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
