Sun Auto Tire & Service in Redlands, CA, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through a smooth, trustworthy experience from check-in to checkout.

You will review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services, explain options, and build accurate estimates, while collaborating with technicians and store leadership to keep work on track. Training is provided, with clear career growth toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and organized; can handle sales conversations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to learn automotive products and services.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and background check.
• Willing to work weekends from time to time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Partner with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and uphold company values.
