Sun Auto Tire & Service in Redlands is seeking a full-time Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and guide them through service options, estimates, and checkout in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will review vehicle history and tech findings to recommend the right services, while maintaining accuracy in estimates, orders, and invoices. Training is provided; weekends may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tires, warranties and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in POS system.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; manage checkout procedures.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
