Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through service options. You’ll help customers choose the right maintenance, repairs, and tires while building trust from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle sales conversations with professionalism.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services quickly.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR checks.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first interaction.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and costs throughout service.
