Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through service decisions. You’ll learn our products, services, and shop processes to provide a seamless, trustworthy experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle sales conversations.
• Able to learn automotive products and services.
• Manage multiple priorities while staying professional.
• Valid driver’s license and successful MVR check.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Schedule appointments and manage parts availability.
