Sun Auto Tire & Service in El Cajon is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through service options with a focus on customer confidence and clear communication.

Responsibilities include building estimates, coordinating with technicians, and handling check-in to checkout while upholding Sun Auto's values and policies. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Must be customer-focused, organized, able to handle sales conversations, and manage multiple priorities professionally.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand positively with customers and teammates.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Able to learn and use POS systems, Digital Vehicle Inspection tools, customer records, scheduling tools, and other store tech.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and follow checkout procedures.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
