Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a versatile Auto Service Manager to lead technicians, manage customer relationships, and drive service excellence. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating parts and equipment purchases, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions across a busy auto service environment.

The position emphasizes staff development, adherence to quality standards, and strong communication to promote loyalty and repeat business.

Competenze

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 years of auto service technical experience indicated.
  • 1 year of service manager or service writer experience preferred.

Mansioni

  • Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff based on skill level.
  • Serve all automotive service needs and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee hiring and training of auto service team and ensure retention.
  • Drive sales and provide insights to front-of-shop to optimize revenue.
