Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to lead automotive service teams and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will coordinate technicians, assign work, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory oversight, and driving service sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers and adhering to Bridgestone policies. Employment includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Teammate and customer/communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians successfully.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
