Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead technician teams and manage customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate scheduling, quality control, and training to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, recruiting technicians, and maintaining high standards of service while supporting store operations and financial transactions in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions.
