Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager with strong automotive knowledge and people skills to lead an auto service team. You will train technicians, manage customer relationships, and drive parts and service sales while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and coaching, plus maintaining customer satisfaction and effective communication between front and back shop operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and lead technicians and manage inventory.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper paperwork.
