Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, seeks a Service Manager to lead auto service teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise technicians, coach staff, and coordinate parts purchases while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, and driving service quality, with a focus on efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate front- and back-shop communication for efficient operations.
• Support product and service sales through frontline insights.
