• Must be able to work at a rapid pace on their feet for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Promptly greeting people when they pull up to Express
• Performing a vehicle walk-around and asking pertinent questions about their guest's needs
• Communicating with guests about how long their wait will be, and updating as the process goes along
• Explaining the services that have been done
• Advising on recommended service
