• Communicating with guests about how long their wait will be, and updating as the process goes along
• Explaining the services that have been done
• Advising on recommended service

The Express Advisors make sure the guest feels heard, cared for, and informed.

A good Express Advisor enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and a fast-past environment. They are good communicators who thrive on being busy.
