Hireology is seeking a Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Orlando. You will schedule service work, communicate with customers, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnostics and repairs.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, accurate issue documentation, and effective communication about estimates, times, and approvals. A professional appearance and a drive for high customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Proven track record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Manage service orders and flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Notify customers of changes in estimates or promised times and obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Distribute work among technicians according to store policy.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Support positive employee relations by maintaining good relationships and adhering to policies.
