You will be the liaison between customers and our technicians, ensuring accurate issue documentation and timely diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and basic math ability.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and reach goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Listen to concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Manage service orders and flow of the Drive Lane; ensure prompt service.
• Update customers on changes to estimates or promised times; obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Distribute work among technicians according to store policy.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Foster positive employee relations and comply with policies and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
