Greenway Dodge in Orlando seeks an experienced Service Advisor to work with our team. You will greet customers, interpret service needs, and coordinate with technicians for repairs. You will manage expectations, discuss options with mechanics, and ensure invoices match work performed.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of dealership Service Advisor experience, a valid driver’s license, and CDK experience is highly preferred. We offer competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• CDK experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for service.
• Serve as the primary contact for all service and repair matters.
• Consult with mechanics about repairs and alternatives to expensive work.
• Set and manage expectations for service delivery and repair times.
• Verify final invoices reconcile with work performed on the repair order.
