Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and be the first point of contact for owners. You will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, scheduling, and exceptional service, welcoming candidates from customer service or hospitality backgrounds.

The role supports a family-owned environment with a focus on work-life balance, benefits, and ongoing training to grow within the dealership.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of the service lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
