Job summary

Lexus of Orlando is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to schedule service appointments, greet customers, and accurately document vehicle issues. The role involves explaining repairs, providing estimates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced auto-service environment.

You will work in our service department, liaising with technicians and parts staff to deliver timely, quality maintenance and repairs while upholding dealership standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to wear PPE as required and follow safety rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in service department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle data.
• Greet customers and conduct telephone transactions.
• Write up customer vehicle problems on repair orders and test drive as needed.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers; obtain signatures and payment details.
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely repairs.
