Caliber Collision's Service Center Cary - Maynard is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating daily workflow. You will monitor center load, assist with load level requests, and coordinate Rental Car providers for one-stop service.

You’ll maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements on authorizations, billing, and processes. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service.
