Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state you will work and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify service needs.
• Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding products and service requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate cost/time changes to customers for approval.
• Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone the day before arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure services/repairs are performed correctly and communicate results.
• Comply with state and federal laws for automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
