Job summary

Auto Services Unlimited, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking a Service Advisor who will own the customer experience in the service lane, communicating vehicle status and coordinating repairs and diagnostics with the team.

You will accurately write repair orders, act as the liaison between technicians and customers, guide clients through the service process, and help with warranty processing and loaner coordination to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably, although not required, at least 2 years of service experience
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Good organization skills and a friendly personality
• Fantastic communication skills
• A professional personal appearance
• A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work with little supervision

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments
• Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders
• Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer
• Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
• Collaborating with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
