You will act as the primary contact between technicians and customers, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate repair orders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer service calls and set/confirm appointments.
• Accurately write repair orders and document vehicle status.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Assist customers through the service process patiently and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team for loaner availability, warranty processing and disclosures.
