Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is a big plus (dealership preferred).
• Valid in-state driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments for customers.
• Greet customers and document concerns and service needs accurately.
• Create detailed repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
