Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience with auto shop management software or DMS platforms is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A team-first attitude with a commitment to honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the vehicle service process.
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle issues, and communicate repair recommendations.
• Prepare and present repair orders, cost estimates, and service timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Upsell and recommend preventive maintenance services based on vehicle needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
