Job summary

Fowler Kia of Longmont is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Longmont, CO. You will listen to guests, clearly communicate repair needs to technicians, and advise on additional services to restore customers' transportation quickly and smoothly.

The role requires delivering accurate estimates, timelines, and maintaining proactive communication with guests throughout repairs, while ensuring high-quality workmanship and CSI excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.
• Experience in automotive service environment is a plus.
• Ability to explain repairs and options clearly to guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand that our business revolves around our guests.
• Listen to guests and clearly communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Advise recommended/additional services based on the guest.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs/maintenance.
• Maintain constant communication with guests during the repair process.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is completed.
• Notify guests when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain repairs performed and costs with each guest.
• Present the guest’s vehicle after service to stand by our work.
• Show empathy for vehicle-related inconveniences to guests.
• Communicate needs and roadblocks with management for support.
• Aim to exceed CSI scores per manufacturer standards.
