Job summary

Fowler Honda of Longmont in Longmont, CO is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission and a path to excellent customer service and technical liaison work between customers and technicians.

The successful candidate will greet customers, clearly articulate repair needs, provide cost estimates, and follow up on repairs while maintaining CSI scores and delivering a superior service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months automotive experience.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to technicians.
• Upsell recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review and explain repairs and costs with customers and perform an active delivery.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
