Job summary

Regal Nissan in Roswell, GA is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team. You will guide customers through vehicle maintenance, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates and timelines.

You will coordinate with the service department to ensure timely repairs, upsell appropriate maintenance, and keep detailed records of all customer interactions. A strong emphasis on communication and automotive knowledge is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Familiarity with dealership service software is a plus.
• HS Diploma and/or automotive certifications are advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background & drug screening.
