Job summary

Fort Collins Nissan is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers promptly, use service lane technology when greeting guests, obtain customer and vehicle information, and clearly report all vehicle inspection points to the customer.

You will assist customer needs with maintenance, repairs and recalls, determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history, prepare a complete estimate of labor and parts, and establish follow-up times.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Team player with strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.

• Follows up with client for customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers promptly

• Obtain customer and vehicle information

• Dealertrack computer experience a plus
