You will assist clients in selecting recommended services, explain vehicle condition, and build rapport to support their decisions.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a service advisor is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
• Strong computer and phone skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
• Conduct post-repair follow up
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain value, quality, and integrity
