Job summary

Fowler Kia of Windsor is seeking a Service Advisor to warmly greet customers, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. The role emphasizes accurate communication of repair needs and honest, high-integrity upselling of recommended services.

Service Advisors ensure clear cost estimates, maintain CSI scores, and follow dealership policies while delivering a positive customer experience. Monday–Friday hours with Saturdays on rotation are typical.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• MVR acceptable to Insurance Carrier.
• Experience with Kia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to repair needs and relay to technicians.
• Upsell recommended services with integrity.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs/maintenance.
• Keep customers informed of progress and completion.
• Explain repairs and costs during vehicle pickup.
