Qualifications

• Auto sales experience preferred.
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desking deals and negotiating experience.
• Detail oriented with deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and craft strategies to enhance the consumer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct across the lot.
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere while guiding the sales team workflow.
• Conduct training with sales staff at least 3 days a week to handle objections.
• Lead the dealership with integrity and honesty; protect against fraud.
• Hold daily 9am meetings to review yesterday's results and today's plan.
• Assist sales staff with customers as needed and stay available.
• Monitor and assist with funding on every deal.
• Record details in CRM, Trends, and other tracking systems.
• Model accountability to grow the team.
