Golden Circle Auto Group in Tennessee is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales associates across one of its four locations. You will develop strategies to enhance the customer experience, ensure inventory orders are accurate, and drive showroom performance with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and improve customer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct on the lot.
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere while guiding the sales team.
• Hold training meetings with staff at least 3 days a week to handle objections.
• Lead the dealership with integrity and honesty.
• Protect the dealership; stay alert to fraudulent situations.
• Hold 9am morning meetings to review yesterday and plan today.
• Assist sales staff with customers as needed.
• Monitor and assist with funding on every deal.
• Maintain CRM and Trends notes to track information.
• Insist on accountability to grow the team.
