Job summary

Golden Circle Auto Group in Tennessee is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales associates across our four locations. The role focuses on developing strategies to improve the customer experience, maintaining accurate inventory and upholding integrity in all dealings.

You will train staff, oversee funding on deals, and maintain CRM records while fostering a high-energy, customer-focused showroom environment. Auto sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and training staff.
• Auto sales experience preferred.
• Ability to desk deals and negotiate pricing.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communications.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies to improve customer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date.
• Maintain showroom atmosphere with your sales team.
• Conduct training meetings at least 3 days a week.
• Lead dealership with integrity and protect from fraud.
• Hold morning meetings at 9am.
• Assist sales staff with customers as needed.
• Monitor funding on every deal.
• Maintain CRM and Trends notes.
• Inspect results and foster accountability.
