Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team in an automotive or dealership setting.
• Ability to motivate staff and improve performance daily.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven track record in closing deals and guiding pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies that enhance the consumer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct throughout the lot.
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere while organizing sales tasks.
• Schedule training meetings with sales staff at least 3 days a week to handle objections.
• Lead with integrity and protect the dealership from fraudulent activity.
• Hold morning meetings at 9am to review yesterday's activities and today's plan.
• Assist sales associates with customers as needed.
• Monitor and assist with funding on every deal.
• Maintain and log details in CRM and other systems to track key information.
• Inspect operations to ensure accountability and team growth.
