Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator at our Prattville location to create accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure a smooth, positive experience and alignment with the team KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, guiding the repair steps, ensuring DRP compliance, and participating in daily walks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
