Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Montgomery, AL is seeking an automotive Estimator to provide accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend recommended training sessions.
