Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires documenting interactions and aligning with the repair team to hit KPIs.

Responsibilities include communicating effectively, ensuring DRP compliance, and participating in daily production walks. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing training within a fast-paced collision repair

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops.
