Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role requires precise documentation, adherence to DRP processes, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs.

The candidate should have knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and a valid driver's license, with I-CAR training preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and DRP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person or on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly health & safety meetings when required.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
