Job summary

The Boyd Group in Roanoke, VA is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will document interactions, guide customers through the process, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of DRP experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and update records with pertinent details
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team
• Support all team members when required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required)
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager
