Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

You will manage appointments, insurance authorizations, and repair orders, record communications in CCC One, and coordinate rental car logistics to keep the repair process moving smoothly. This role requires accuracy, a fast pace, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CCC One repair management system.
• Experience in administrative support in auto body environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and retrieve assignments for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS system to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
