Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO (repair order) work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag for indicators -R (rental)-NR (no rental)-G (Gerber pay).
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process in CCC One.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS (automated rental management system) to ensure vehicles appear in ARMS and CCC One.
