Job summary

The Boyd Group seeks a Customer Service Representative in Waverly, WV to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing RO packets, logging communications in CCC One, and coordinating rental details with ARMS and CCC One to keep records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year experience in a similar admin role
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and scripts
• Obtain insurance authorizations for disassembly of vehicles
• Prepare RO work packets with QC list, parts list and windshield tag
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One
• Manage rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details and ARMS entries
