Job summary

The Boyd Group in Tallahassee is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional customer experience and administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You’ll manage relationships with customers and insurance companies while coordinating repair workflows.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, handling insurance authorizations, preparing repair orders, and logging communications in CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of admin experience; auto body environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and document repair progress.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Verify rental car details and update CCC One accordingly.
• Monitor ARMS to align with CCC One records.
