Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Seffner, FL to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing repair orders, recording communications, and updating rental and ARMS systems as needed. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule appointments for repairs using approved systems and scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and repair documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners.
• Update rental and ARMS/CCC One systems accordingly.
