Job summary

The Boyd Group in Seffner, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers and insurance partners during the repair process.

You will manage scheduling, documentation, and communications, ensuring accurate repair orders and rental car details while maintaining a fast-paced, service-led environment.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to navigate CCC One and ARMS to keep repairs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar admin role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and planning tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO packets with QC, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
• Document all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental info and ARMS/CCC One accordingly.
